Dental Scout operates solely as a lead generation and introductory service.

2.1. Our Role as Facilitator: We provide a platform that connects individuals seeking general dental service information (“Users”) with independent, local registered dental practitioners (“Dental Partners”).

2.2. No Dental Services Provided: We are not a dental service provider, clinic, agent, or representative of any Dental Partner. We do not provide medical advice, dental treatment, or professional services. Our role is strictly limited to the transfer of your inquiry details to Dental Partners based on your express consent.

2.3. Independent Contractors: All Dental Partners are independent entities. We make no representations or warranties regarding the competence, skill, qualifications, or quality of care provided by any Dental Partner.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

3.1. No Professional Advice: The content provided on this website, including articles, costs, and general procedure information, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, health, or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified dental professional for any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment.

3.2. Service Risk: You acknowledge and agree that your decision to engage with, or receive services from, any Dental Partner contacted through our Service is at your sole risk and discretion.

3.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Peak Marketing Systems and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(a) The use or the inability to use the Service;
(b) The services, care, or treatment provided (or not provided) by any Dental Partner;
(c) Any failure of a Dental Partner to contact you; or
(d) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information after it has been transferred to a Dental Partner.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

4.1. Accurate Information: You warrant that all information you provide to us through the Service (including contact details and service interest) is true, accurate, current, and complete.

4.2. Consent: You agree to and understand the explicit consent required for us to collect and share your information as set out in our Privacy Policy and the consent statement on our inquiry form.

4.3. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party.
