The primary purpose for which we collect your personal information is to disclose that information to a limited number of local, relevant, registered dental practitioners (“Our Dental Partners”) so they can contact you to offer an appointment or discuss your requested service.

- Our Dental Partners are independent entities and are responsible for their own compliance with the Privacy Act, Health Records legislation, and AHPRA/Dental Board advertising guidelines regarding their contact with you.
- We do not control the subsequent use of your information by Our Dental Partners.
We may also disclose your personal information to:
- Our third-party service providers (e.g., IT, data hosting, email providers).
- Any entity to whom we are required by law to disclose the information (e.g., law enforcement).
- A purchaser or successor entity in the event of a sale or transfer of our business assets.
